Hardware Return Policy: All hardware sales are final. Returns are only accepted for manufacturer’s defects or in the event an incorrect item is shipped.
Please note that you will need at least one 2D scanner to go live on LOU. If you don’t have a 2D scanner, be sure and add a Zebra scanner to your order.

The PAX E800 is a state-of-the-art POS solution that lets you serve your card-present customers in style. It comes complete with a 15.6” employee-facing touch screen, an 8” customer-facing touch screen, and a 4.3” color payment screen. It also includes a 3” thermal printer head and a rechargeable Li-ion battery (to ensure you can complete a transaction should you find yourself in the middle of a power outage).
The unit stands 17” H and is 15” W (with the base measuring 8” W x 9.5” D). The PAX E800 comes with a manufacturer’s 2-year warranty.
Shipping charges will be estimated. You may receive an additional shipping invoice for the difference in actual shipping cost after shipping.
