This session will discuss the role of effective operation management in promoting aquatic safety. Participants will understand the importance of the PHTA-2 Standard for Public Pool and Spa Operations and Maintenance and ANSI/APSP/ICC-11 American National Standard for Water Quality in Public Pools and Spas.
