Hardware Return Policy

All hardware sales are final.

Returns are only accepted for manufacturer’s defects or in the event an incorrect item is shipped.


Training Video Policy

All training video purchases are 30-day subscriptions beginning on the date of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically expire after 30 days, regardless of course completion.

Once purchased, you will receive an email within 1 business day with instructions on how to login to our Online Learning Center to review the course.


PHTA Course Policy

These courses are provided through and managed by PHTA. You should receive your login within one week from PHTA.


Swag Merchandise Policy

All product(s) will ship the same day the order is placed. Please allow 2-5 business days for your item(s) to arrive. This is dependent on your exact location and the 3rd party shipping provider. We will provide you with all of the tracking information (to the email provided) as soon as the product is shipped.

Shipping within the United States only. Not able to split shipping locations. If there is an issue with the product upon receipt please see “returns/exchanges.”

Returns/Exchanges
If your product does not fit and you need to exchange please contact us to get a return shipping label and the correct size will be shipped out to you.
If a product is damaged upon receipt please contact us for further instructions.
